Our 5 Favorite Stops on the Greenbelt from Williamson River Ranch

Spring is just around the corner - and we can’t wait to get back outside! With direct access to the Greenbelt, Williamson River Ranch makes for a great starting point to hit a few of our favorite spots.

Bardenay Patio
Whether you’re looking to unwind with an after-work cocktail, celebrate with a weekend brunch, or simply looking for a tasty bite to eat - Bardenay has been a go to hangout spot for Idahoans for more than two decades.

Reid Merrill Park
Looking for something fun to do with the whole family? Make your way to Reid Merrill Community Park and start the day outside on the basketball court or walking paths. After a bit of play, you can utilize the picnic area for a quick lunch before cooling off on the splash pad or finding a shady tree to relax under.

West Greenbelt Bridge
Slow down for a moment and take in the scenery on the West Greenbelt Bridge. Built within the last 10 years, the bridge acts as an access point to the North and South Greenbelt and is loved by locals and tourists alike as a little getaway.

Riverpoint Park
Just off the greenbelt you can find River Pointe Park, a true escape from the hustle and bustle. With lush greenery and proximity to the river, this park is a hot spot for bird watching - there’s even hummingbird feeders hanging nearby! If you’re lucky, you might get to see something incredible!

The Local’s Favorite Secret Fishing Holes
Walking along the greenbelt you’re sure to pass plenty of fishing holes and people hoping for a catch. You can’t go wrong choosing a spot to set up for the day - but local anglers swear by Secret Fishing Holes, “The Question Mark” and “The Toilet Bowl”.
